In order to be eligible for a a refund, our policy is:

• A refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase

• You must provide us with the email address and name you used when you signed up

• You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund

• Refunds will not be provided if the Name Genie service has already been used to complete your name change process (i.e. submissions have been made to multiple organisations)
